Out of Stock items on Orders
- In the event that some items in your order becomes out of stock, an email will be sent informing you about it and another item maybe asked to replace those that are no longer available. Orders with out of stock items take an additional 3 business days to process.
- We automatically refund and ship the order as is if no response was received within 2 business days of the email being sent.
Orders on Hold
- Orders with different billing and shipping addresses need additional documents before it gets processed. An email will be sent requesting a valid ID with the copy of the credit card as well as a verified billing statement.
- The order will be cancelled within 2 business days if no response was received for the email sent requesting the additional documents.
