Ordering & Eligibility
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we require a $100 minimum order. However, unlike traditional wholesalers, we offer open pack options so you can pick and choose the exact sizes and quantities you need—no bulk case packs required.
Are your items used?
Everything we sell is brand new—never used or damaged.
Do I have to register to place an order?
Registration isn’t required, but we recommend creating an account to save orders and tracking info.
Do you have physical stores?
No—we’re an online Los Angeles wholesale clothing supplier. All orders are placed through our website.
How often do you add new arrivals?
We update the site daily with fresh inventory sourced from the LA Fashion District.
Shipping, Processing & Returns
How much is shipping?

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.
Do you ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories?
Yes—we ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands.

Payments & Order Issues
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Why was my card declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, a billing address mismatch, incorrect CVV/expiry, or bank security checks. Verify details and try again.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive an email with tracking once shipped. You can also log in to your account to view order history and tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us within 1 business day at 1-866-298-8402 or email [email protected].
Why is my order on hold?
Orders with different billing/shipping details or additional verification may require extra processing. We’ll contact you by email or phone if documentation is needed.
What if an item is out of stock after I order?
We’ll email you about a replacement. If we don’t hear back within 1–2 business days, we’ll ship the rest and refund the unavailable item(s).
